What is Wonderwild?+
Wonderwild is Junior Codes' self-paced learning world. Kids explore an island with Pip, a friendly coding buddy, and learn by doing: 36 Python missions where they write and run real code, and 24 AI discoveries where they see how machines learn from examples. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
What age is Wonderwild for?+
Ages 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 8 do best with a grown-up nearby for the first few sessions. The very first lessons need no typing experience at all, and each mission explains one small idea at a time.
Is Wonderwild free?+
Yes, there is a free way in. Your child can try the first Python and AI activities without an account, and a free family account unlocks 5 starter activities. Full access to every mission is ₹499 a year in India or $19 a year elsewhere, as a one-time yearly pass with no automatic renewal. New families can also get launch offers, shown at the top of this page when available.
Do live-course students get Wonderwild?+
Yes. Every Junior Codes live course includes 12 months of full Wonderwild access, so your child can practise between live classes. The same family login also opens JuniorCodes Classroom, where enrolled students see their class schedule, join links and class notes.
Is Wonderwild safe for children?+
Accounts belong to parents, and your child learns in their own explorer profile inside the account. There is no chat with strangers and no advertising. Parents can see progress and achievements from the family dashboard.
How is Wonderwild different from live classes?+
Wonderwild is practice at your own pace, any time. Live classes are taught by a real software engineer in a small batch, with projects, feedback and a certificate. Many families use both: live classes to learn, Wonderwild to practise and explore in between.
